ServiceCare™ training academy is a 40-hour class designed to introduce and develop the concepts and processes associated with a Service Business Development Center.
This intense, one-week class will provide your Service Coordinators with the confidence necessary to take inbound calls, make outbound calls, and overcome objections while maintaining a commitment to increasing your service drive traffic and enhancing the clients experience.
